The site is intended for businesses and the people who run them. You are responsible for making sure that anything you send us is accurate and that you are entitled to send it.
The information here is general — it is not a quote
Everything on this site is general information about how we work and what managed automation can involve. It is not advice for your particular business, and it is not an offer, a quote or a guarantee of any specific outcome, price, timeline or result.
We do not publish fixed prices. Scope and cost are worked out after a consultation and confirmed in writing, because the same automation for two businesses is rarely the same job. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a price or as a promise about what a project will cost.
Descriptions of what a system can do are written honestly and conditionally: what is possible depends on the tools you already use, the volume of enquiries, and the integrations your suppliers allow.
No guarantee of results
We build and run systems intended to help a business respond faster and lose fewer enquiries. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, revenue, rankings or time saved. Anything that depends on how customers behave, on third-party platforms or on how a team uses a tool is outside our control.
No example, illustration or scenario on this site is a prediction about your business. There are no client testimonials, case studies or statistics on this site because we have not published any — nothing here is presented as evidence of past results.
Acceptable use
Please use this site as it is meant to be used. In particular, do not:
- Submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
- Use a form to send advertising, bulk messages, or anything unrelated to a genuine enquiry.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its stored submissions.
- Scrape or copy the site's content at scale, or present it as your own.
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it.
Paid services are governed by a separate agreement
These terms cover the website only. If we agree to work together, the work is governed by a separate written agreement between us, which sets out scope, fees, what each side is responsible for, how the engagement can end, and how the systems and data involved are handled.
Where that agreement and these website terms differ, the agreement governs the paid work. Nothing on this website creates a contract for services.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — the text, the design, the brand mark, the code and the structure — belongs to VoxRecept Solutions unless stated otherwise. You may read it, share links to it and print pages for your own reference.
You may not copy it into another website, republish it as your own, or use our name or brand mark in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist. If you would like to reference something here, ask first.
