SMS Terms

What to expect if you ask us to text you: who gets messaged, how often, what it costs, and how to stop it in one word.

Effective date: October 30, 2026

Review notice. Plain-language draft for review — not legal advice, and not yet reviewed by a qualified professional. It describes what this site actually does today and will be revised as the business grows.

How often we message

Message frequency varies with the conversation. A consultation enquiry might involve a handful of messages to agree a time; a simple question might involve one or two. We do not run a recurring marketing broadcast, and we do not add people to a scheduled campaign because they sent a message.

Message and data rates may apply

Message and data rates may apply to any message you send or receive, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. We do not charge for the messages themselves, and we do not reimburse carrier charges.

Delivery is handled by mobile carriers and is not guaranteed. Messages can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, so please do not rely on a text message for anything urgent or time-critical.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving text messages. You will get a single confirmation that you have been removed, and nothing further unless you contact us again.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us using the details below.

Opting out of text messages does not remove your enquiry or stop us replying by email or phone if you asked us to. To change how we contact you generally, or to have your details deleted, see the privacy policy.

  • STOP — stop receiving text messages from us.
  • HELP — get help with the messages you are receiving.
  • START — begin receiving messages again after opting out.

Your number is not sold or shared

We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers with anyone for marketing. Your number is used to talk to you about your enquiry and nothing else.

Text messages are delivered through a messaging provider, which necessarily handles the number in order to deliver the message. No provider is connected yet; when one is, it will be named in the privacy policy along with everything else that touches your information.

Changes to these terms

If how we use text messages changes, these terms will be updated first and the effective date at the top of the page will change with them.
