One setup fee. One monthly retainer.
Two parts, quoted together after one short call. There are no tiers to compare and no number on this page — what you pay depends on your setup, not on which box you tick.
What the setup fee covers
A one-time fee to build the system around your business: connecting your number, writing the text-back and the questions in your words, setting the hours it runs and who gets told, testing it, then going live. You pay it once. It covers the build, not the running.
What the monthly retainer covers
The part that keeps working after setup. We watch the conversations, review the ones that stalled, change wording that isn’t landing, add questions when a new job type turns up, and answer when you ask. Not a login and a help centre.
What changes the number
Four things, in the order they move it.
- How many numbers and locations.
- One shop with one line is a different job from three locations.
- The hours we cover.
- Business hours only, evenings, or every hour of the week.
- How deep the questions go.
- A name and a problem, or urgency, access, warranty and who's paying.
- How many people get told.
- One owner, or an office plus an on-call rota.
What you do now, and what changes
| Situation | Now | With the system |
|---|---|---|
| A call rings out while you're under a sink | It's gone, and you never hear about it. | The caller gets a text back, and the job is in front of you. |
| Before you call back | A number, if that. | The problem, the address and how urgent it is. |
| Nine on a Sunday night | Voicemail. Most people don't leave one. | The text goes out, and the lead reaches whoever is on call. |
| When something isn't working | Nobody's looking. | We're reading the conversations, and we tell you. |

How to get a quote
Book a walkthrough. We look at how calls reach you now, agree what the system should handle, and send a written quote with both parts on one page. If it isn’t worth it for your business, we’ll say so on that call.
What a setup involvesQuestions about cost
The retainer runs month to month. There's no annual contract to sit out — tell us before your next billing date and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. The conversations stay yours.
No. Business texting runs on a carrier-level platform underneath, and it's inside the monthly retainer. One bill from us, not a carrier invoice on top.
A busy week is the point, not an overage. Your busiest fortnight doesn't change the retainer. If volume changes for good — a second truck, another town — that's a scope conversation before anything changes on your bill.
Because a number on a page is always too high or too low. It depends on your numbers, your hours and how much you want it to handle, so we quote after we've seen it. No charge for the walkthrough, no obligation.
Get the number for your setup
A short call about your phones, then a written quote for your setup. No slide deck, no pressure.
No obligation. If it won’t help your business, we’ll say so.
